Before the competition starts we will run three practice sessions. These will involve only year 1 with four quarters of decisions. The aim is to give you some experience in making sense of the output from the simulation and turning this into your next quarter's decisions, guided (hopefully) by your strategy.
The remote phase of the competition lasts 8 weeks, beginning February 6th covering decisions for years 3 and 4. Provisionally, we meet on Wednesday evenings to analyze the results of the previous quarters decision and begin planing for the next quarter.
The intensive phase runs from April 19th to 21st. Decisions for years 5 and 6 are made at the Longbeach competition headquarters.
All sessions in the preparatory phase (in January) are provisionally in BBC 340 from 3:00pm - 7:30pm with a 30 minute break around 6pm
All dates and times are flexible depending on the team's (and coaches) availability.
