We need volunteers to help make this club grow.  If you are interested in any of these options, please contact the volunteer coordinator (open) or the club coordinator (Fletcher Johnson) or simply post a message to the email list.

• We need a volunteer coordinator who can coordinate the volunteers, check with them to make sure that they have what they need to do their work, etc.
• We are looking for a Program Chair who can plan out meetings and content.  They do not actually have to make presenations, just find people who can make presentations.
• We are looking for a PR Chair who can coordinate promotional activities prior to a meeting. That person will work with various volunteers (see the next item) to make sure that people know about upcomming meetings.
• We need PR volunteers who can post notices at the appropriate locations.  This would include bulletin boards, classrooms (where appropriate), stuffing faculty mailboxes, etc. with fliers on upcomming meetings. These people will need to coordinate with the PR chairman one week prior to the meetings.

• Jennifer is working on the new Web site (most work will start after the end of the semester) and will be working with those people who have volunteered to help.
• We also need a Facilities Chair who can make sure that the facilities we need are reserved and prepared.  This person would contact the facilities, make sure that the room is properly set up,
