Instructions for completing on-line Registration form:
Please complete all required fields in the Application Form in order to complete your registration.
Under COMPANY CONTACT INFORMATION:
- For ‘Company Name’: Please provide your Project Name.
- For ‘Address’: Please provide the contact information and address of your team leader (or a responsible team member).
Under MANAGEMENT TEAM:
- Please provide the First Name and Last Name of your team members.
- For ‘Title’: Provide their email address.
Under COMPANY PROFILE:
- For ‘Number of Employees’: Provide the number of members in your team.
- For ‘Founded Date’: Provide it if it applies to you, or fill out today’s date.
- For ‘Industry’: Please select the one applies to your project.
Under FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
- Please provide the data that applies to you OR you can leave the fields blank.
Under ADD DOCUMENTS:
- You need to provide all the documents listed in this section by May 12th 2008.
