This one-day program precedes the annual TEI-SJSU High Technology Tax Institute to provide individuals with zero to six years tax experience and experienced tax practitioners desiring to know more about high technology tax areas, an opportunity to gain some background knowledge to enhance their learning experience at the Institute. The academy topics tie to those covered at that year's High Technology Tax Institute. Ideally, those attending this academy will also be registering to attend the 2-day Institute, but that is not a requirement for attending the Academy.

This program offers a unique opportunity to gain a strong foundation on selected tax topics of relevance to
high technology companies.

Continuing education credit available for California CPAs (8 hours) and attorneys (6.75 hours MCLE).

Cost: (includes meals and materials)

          General $235
TEI members $200  (membership number needed)

          Government employees $150

$40 higher after October 5, 2012

Registration is closed for this event.

If you need to pay by check, please contact annette.nellen@sjsu.edu.
