Case Study Project Evaluation Criteria (Spring 96)
- How well did the presenters engage the audience? Were the presenters credible, persuasive and yet informative? Were they able to sell their point of view and competencies?
- Did the presenters use AV aids, handouts, etc. effectively to enhance their presentations?
- Were they professional in their demeanor? Did they demonstrate that they worked well as a team and the work was coherently presented? Was the presentation well organized?
- Were they able to stand on their own and answer questions professionally and succinctly? Were they quick on their feet when they encountered unexpected questions? Were they able to defend their point of view?
- Were they able to answer the case study questions in their presentation and/or report?
- Did they follow the Part I and Part II structure of the RFP?
- In what way did the report enrich what was presented? Was the report well orga/nized and well written?
- How creative were their recommendations? Did they show insight gained from some in-depth analysis? Did they employ information beyond that provided in the case?
- To what extent did the team demonstrate a balance between managerial and technical concerns in their solutions?
- To what extent did the team provide a top-down macro perspective as well as sufficient details in their recommendations?
- How realistic, feasible and practical were the recommendations?
