2002-present   Human Resource Management International Executive MBA Programs, Singapore/New Zealand. Developed and presented both comprehensive course modules and special topics seminars in motivational job design, emphasizing computer simulation of strategic HRM and related cost and budgeting skills.

 

1995-present   Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Staffing, Technology Management, and Employment Law, San Jose State University. Developed, organized, and presented comprehensive survey courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels on contemporary personnel management issues including recruitment, selection, socialization, training, career development, compensation and benefits, labor and employee relations, strategic HR planning, effectiveness and costing of HRM processes, management of diversity, international HR, and downsizing. Restructured course offerings to emphasize critical legal aspects of current personnel management, including compliance with statutes such as the ADA, ADEA, CRA of 1991, Title VII, OWBPA, IRCA, and related case law developments.
