Lyncs is a full–service market research company and until recently, a licensee of Millward Brown (a UK based member company of the WPP Group, and one of the largest market research firms in the world).
Provided research-based consulting and advice to multinational and Japanese blue-chip clients such as Nippon Lever, Levi’s, Warner–Lambert, Merrill Lynch, IBM, Compaq, American Express, Master Foods, Volvo, British Airways, Nokia, Ericsson, and NTT on a number of issues ranging from market entry and positioning strategies, brand usage and awareness, advanced (brand health) tracking studies, ad pre-testing, to employee and customer satisfaction surveys, etc.
Responsible for overseeing a team of 6 client service teams who handled all of the Millward Brown projects in Japan with a revenue generation of approximately 500 million yen per fiscal year.
Responsible for sales and marketing of Millward Brown products/research techniques to clients in Japan.
Supervised and participated in the coordination of international & multi–country qualitative and quantitative studies.
Assisted the President of Lyncs in identifying and implementing strategic solutions to achieve profitable long–term growth. Specifically, participated in the design and implementation of a new organization structure, P/L accountabilities, and employee recognition programs.
Telesoft was a pioneer in developing compilers for the ADA language.
I was a member of a team that:
Successfully designed a strategy to introduce second – generation compilers for ADA (programming language used by Department of Defence).
Parry is a large, multi-business firm in India and formerly a subsidiary of a British conglomerate.
I was in the Confectionery division of Parry and my responsibilities included new product market research and development, vendor management and logistics.
