For the Ethics case - Find a case in the news that involves MIS, or use a movie. I suggest Man in the Grey Flannel Suit. Identify some ethics issues. Each presenter should talk about one issue.

PowerPoint Requirements (20 points)

• Include no more than ten content slides.
• Include at least one content slide per person.
• Include a title slide listing the team members, topic, and team name.
• Ok to include a summary slide.
• All slides must have a common logo. I suggest using ClipArt or WordArt. Use the Slide Master to insert the logo into every slide.
• Show the team name in the slide footer area.
• The slides must have the same background.
• Words must be large and easily readable from the back of the room.
• Make sure the background colors and graphics don’t hide the words.
• Maximum 45 words per slide. I prefer fewer.
• Use at least one graphic on every content slide.
• Include a title on every slide.
• Animations, links, and sounds are allowed, but not required.

Presentation Requirements (20 Points)

• Read and follow the presentation advice in the link.
• Practice, practice, practice. Schedule at least one practice session. You’ll need it.
• Each student must talk for a minimum of two minutes during the presentation.
• The entire presentation may not exceed 15 minutes. One point will be deducted for each extra minute. Get your timing down! I suggest using a kitchen timer. I will stop you after 20 minutes.
• Business wear is not required.
• Please introduce each presenter. I suggest one person introduce the team and the topic, and provide a summary at the end. That person will not have to talk about any of the content slides.
• Every student on the team will get the same grade, so help each other out!
• Be sure to cover all of the questions and topics in the case description.
• It’s ok to use note cards, but don’t read from them. Practice what you’ll be saying ahead of time.
• I will deduct points if the speaker simply reads from the slides or from note cards.
