Study Guide for Final NOTE: Section 8 did not discuss organizational control in class, therefore there will be no questions on this subject on the Wednesday exam. Section 12 did not discuss Good to Great and related leadership topics in class; therefore there will be no questions on these on the Tuesday exam.

Note, however, that if you are taking the exam on a day that is not when your section normally meets, you may have questions on these topics. The instructor is available to answer questions by email or phone.
